What's in the Activity Log in FourJaw Operate?
This article explains what information will be available in the Activity Log on the operator tablet interface.
Time Range Selection
The time range of the Activity Log is controlled by your selected tab on the operator interface. For example, if you select "This Shift", then the Activity Log shows information for the current shift.
If you select a different time range, such as "Last Weekend Shift" or another historic time range, then the Activity Log will show what happened in that period of time. You can change this time tab to show just the information you are interested in, or to go back to a previous shift.
Contents Of The Activity Log
At the top of the Activity Log (under the clock) it will say the selected time range.
You will see a big indicator showing the downtime labelling status. If all downtimes in your selected time period are labelled, it will show a green tick.
If there are unlabelled downtimes, it will show a red indicator with the count of unlabelled downtimes inside. The Activity Log shows key events for the machine over your selected time range, including:
- Job start and end times
- Downtime events
- Messages from your team
Filtering unactioned items
Unread messages and unlogged downtimes have red icons and will flash in the Activity Log.
You can filter the Activity Log to show just unread notifications using the toggle which appears at the bottom.
