How FourJaw will support you.

What happens during Onboarding?

During the onboarding phase our customer success team will support the setup of your FourJaw platform, this will include help and support with the following:

  • Machine Details
  • User Access
  • Reports

And if applicable:

  • Downtime Reasons (If you are using FourJaw Operate Tablets)
  • Shifts (On Standard and Pro)
  • Work Booking & Parts Library (On Pro)
  • Live Alerts (On Standard and Pro)

Machine Link Installation

Our team is available during the setup phase to ensure the installation is complete.

What do I need to ensure my install goes well?

During your installation please ensure you have the following:

  • An installation date
  • An Electrician to assist with install
  • Power near the machines, to plug the Machinelinks and if applicable Tablets

Data Validation

Our Engineers will check the algorithms have been applied correctly to classify your data between active and idle readings.
