What hardware is required to use FourJaw?

This article explains the hardware used to monitor productivity.

MachineLink & Sensors

MachineLink is the small computer that logs the up, down and offline time of each machine and transfers this to the cloud. This is always accompanied by the current clamp sensors and sensor box pictured below. This part of the hardware is preconfigured to be plug and play on arrival with your machine and network details already present. This is required for each machine being monitored.FourJaw_intheboxBox

The MachineLink can be connected to the internet either via an ethernet cable or by plugging in the supplied antenna.

Tablet for FourJaw Operate

If you have opted to make use of Operate and the ability to log downtime reasons, and job on & off a work order from a tablet in front of the machine, then you will also need a tablet and a way to fix it to the machine.

We will configure the tablets for you and provide an enclosure that keeps them safe at the machine. You can also source your own tablets if you wish.
