Your Wi-Fi may go down for various reasons. Once your Wi-Fi is back on, we would advise you to turn your MachineLink off, wait 10 seconds and turn it on again.
What if Wi-FI is generally working, but the FourJaw Platform is not receiving data?
If you're not receiving data, the first step is always to turn off the machine link and then turn it on again. If that doesn't help, check with your IT provider if any changes have been made to your Wi-Fi connection. If you've confirmed that no changes have been made and you've had a go at trouble shooting the device please contact support@fourjaw.com.
If the Wi-Fi is down, will anything else work?
You can still access the platform via an ethernet connection and see historical data. Any machines connected via ethernet rather than wifi will still be delivering data.
