Explaining awaiting data
Your machine data goes from your MachineLink, to the cloud, into our database for number crunching and then back to your screen on the platform. This can take a couple of minutes. You will therefore always see a small period of awaiting data on the Timeline for each machine.
If however you see a longer period of awaiting data, longer than 10 minutes, this indicates a potential problem. It could indicate that your Wi-Fi is down or there is a problem with a MachineLink. If you suspect a problem with the MachineLink, first try turning it off and on again. If this doesn't solve the issue, check with your IT provider that nothing has changed on your wi-fi network.
