System-Generated Downtimes Are Changing Name

We're changing the naming of two system-generated downtime reasons to "Unlabelled Downtime" and "Short Stops". 

To give greater clarity to the system-generated downtime reasons, we've changed the names to "Unlabelled Downtime" and "Short Stops".

Where you previously saw No Reason Provided you will now see Unlabelled Downtime.

Where you previously saw No Reason Required you will now see Short Stops. 

This change will apply to FourJaw New, FourJaw Classic, the Operator Tablet and the API. Therefore, you'll have consistency across the whole FourJaw platform. 

There are no changes you need to make - it is all automatic. 

This update is part of our wider work to move everything over to FourJaw New. Soon, you'll be able to manage your downtime settings in FourJaw New and we'll switch off the downtime management with FourJaw Classic.
