Performance Dashboard Templates

Use the dashboard template library to create new dashboards in seconds.

We've introduced a new dashboard template library to make it even easier to create your own manufacturing performance dashboards. Initially, the new dashboard template library includes three ready-made dashboards.

  • Last 7 days overview
  • Monthly Utilisation Comparison
  • Weekly Downtime Comparison

Tip: Click on the interactive walkthrough of the performance dashboard templates or read the knowledge base article further down. 

 Make the interactive walkthrough full screen using the control in the top right.

 

Using the Dashboard template library

Within the main dashboard view in FourJaw New, click on the '+' button located in the Dashboard side menu.

Once clicked, a new window will open, displaying the available dashboard templates.
 
Select the pre-built dashboard that best suits your needs and click Next.

The next step is to configure the pre-built dashboard to focus on the areas that matter to you. From the drop-down menu, select the Asset level. i.e. organisation, factory, cell or machine level and then select the associated assets.

Once you're happy with the asset level and assets selected, click 'create' and your dashboard will appear in your Dashboard menu.

Tip: Remember, just like with dashboards you create from scratch, you can share and schedule the dashboard to people who would benefit from the insights.
